November 2021 Tips - Importing Call Notes into a Case Narrative
In-Synch RMS includes the ability to import call notes into a case narrative. This feature saves time by importing call notes without having to open the call-for-service and copy/paste the data.
1. From the narrative window in Case Builder, select the "Import Call Notes" button found to the left of the Font selection.

2. Any existing call notes will be automatically imported.

Tips
The imported call notes are inserted in the narrative window at the cursor's location.
