The National Domestic Violence Hotline received 620,193 calls, texts, or chat requests for assistance in 2021. In 2020, they received 636,968 calls, texts, or chat requests. Domestic Violence can take many forms and lead to many results, from court actions to criminal activity. Throughout the nation, these numbers show this problem is not going away soon.

In Pennsylvania, 38,765 new Protection From Abuse cases were filed in 2021. Additionally, 38,321 Temporary PFA Orders were requested in the same year. That's 77,086 potential PFA Orders that would need to be tracked by Pennsylvania agencies alone.

Court Papers

PFA Orders are just one of many paper types agencies can track through our Court Papers module. Users can detail court and paper information, track service history, link external files, and even record payment information.

Users can also select contact notification options, flagging the record(s) when searched throughout the RMS. These notifications display at the bottom of the Person or Organization windows.
