In-Synch RMS Online Manual In-Synch Systems is continually looking for ways to improve our product and training experiences. Our team has diligently been working on a new online knowledge base for basic, admin, and refresher RMS training.
The online resource will allow end-users immediate access to updated training chapters and topics and the ability to search for specific modules/words/phrases related to the RMS.
Items matching the search criteria are highlighted in each resulting article. The articles will also allow approved feedback, questions, and/or user tips to be posted.
This new knowledge base will allow us to continue to expand our training materials as well as provide a platform for end-user training videos in the near future. Our goal is to have Version 1.0 available for use by May 1st, 2017. If you are interested in being a beta tester of the site between April 17th - 28th, please contact Ron Pillar at ron.pillar@in-synch.com. Once the site has officially gone live, we will be providing login credentials for all agencies.
